My wife and I have been training with James for about a year now, and the progress we’ve made under his guidance has been incredible. He builds programs that are truly tailored to our needs and potential, which has kept us motivated, consistent, and excited for our sessions. We actually look forward to showing up and trying to beat our personal bests each time.
Personally, my posture, strength, and skeletal muscle mass have all improved significantly. My wife was also able to resolve a persistent shoulder issue thanks to the thoughtful programming and attention to form that James brings to every workout. Our overall energy levels are noticeably higher now, and we feel stronger and healthier than ever.
